Slide the blue
tiller pad — push right to turn left, like a real tiller; it self-centres when released.
Drag the yellow
sheet knob: up eases the sail out, down sheets it in.
Reef +/− shortens / restores the sail.
Cam cycles views. Drag the sea to orbit, pinch to zoom. ☰ opens wind, waves and weather.
Close-hauled is ~45° off the wind with the sail nearly centred. Ease as you bear away. Reef when heel passes ~30°.
